Lagrangian Electromagnetic Particle Velocity Gauge and Measuring Technique

Abstract: In this paper, the principle of Lagrangian electromagnetic particle velocity gauge and measuring system are described. By means of the measuring technique, the particle velocities in three materials (plexglass, gypsum and marble) are obtained in the loading of explosion. The results from gauge records are satisfactory.
