A three-yield-surface model for soilmasses based on the generalized plastic mechanics

Abstract: According to the principle of generalized plastic mechanics, the mathematical expression of the shear yield surface in the Lode angle θe direction is presented initially and a three-yield-surface model for soilmasses is established based on the experiment of previons researchers. In combination with the numerical example, many calculating schemes are designed. The comparison and analysis of various calculated results have shown the validity of the model. The effects caused by various factors on the deformation of soilmasses are discussed.
