Research on influences of top beam of cement and soil retaining wall on deformation of foundation pit

Abstract: Based on analyzing mechanism of deformation of cement-soil retaining wall for foundation pit, the effect of the top beam is analyzed; and the effective area and optimal measure of the top beam are further discussed. The results of a practical project show that the top beam is an effective measure to control the deformation of retaining wall.
