Analysis of fuzzy-random reliability of slope stability

Abstract: Considering two uncertainties, randomness and fuzziness, in slope stability assessment, and taking fuzzy random variables as basic variables, a slope fuzzy random failure function taking and a slope fuzzy random limit state equation is established. A methodology is presented so as to obtain the slope fuzzy reliability and reliability index. An example is given, and the results are compared with the current reliability assessment.
