Abstract: The stress-strain and strength properties of marine soils in a sea area in China, with typical results of triaxial shear test, simple shear rheological test, and consolidation test are presented in this paper. Trianxial test shows that the constitutive relationship of this kind of soil is consistent with Duncal-Chang’s theory, the relation between pore pressure parameters B and Af is found. The stress-strain relationship keeping with power function is obtained from consolidation test and the simple shear rheological test. In addition, preliminary analyses of the path dependent property and the modulus of elasticity of this kind of soil are carried out, which provides valuable material for further research on marine soils.
