Abstract: An inductive strain digit measuring device with 8031 single chip microcomputer has been designed high resolution. In this paper, the problem about random quantization is discussed. Random quantization is used to improve accuracy of computation. State method and interruptable subroutine nesting technique are applied to the soft desing. The testing results show that the device structure described in this paper is rational enough to satisfy the technical requirement of measurement.
