Model simulation of internal load distribution in rock-socketed piles subject to torsion

Abstract: On the basis of the measured data from model simulation tests on rock-socketed pile groups subject to torsion, the variation and distribution laws of the measured forces in pile top, torsional moment against displacement and torsional moment against rotation are analyzed. The testing results are coincident with those obtained from rigid loading stand assumption.
