Recent development of consolidation theories of unsaturated soils

Abstract: The consolidation theories and test results of unsaturated soils are summarized in detail, which include the recent development in China and abroad. The consolidation theories of unsaturated soilshave very good applicated future, but they are not mature and need the much research effort to develop.
