Study of ground temperature field during pile foundation construction in permafrost regions

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of permafrost in plateau along the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, simulating calculation about the ground temperature during constructing concrete grouting piles is made by finite element program Ansys5.6. The changing rules of the ground temperature field during construction in plateau are analyzed too. According to the results, some problems, which are related to the construction of the pile in permafrost, are discussed. Then, some significant results are presented, which can provide a reference for corresponding engineering.
